Digital Library
To access our digital services use your library card number (the number under the barcode) and your password (is your date of birth DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY), you may need to select MidCoast Libraries as your branch.
BorrowBox
BorrowBox provides access to audiobook, eBook and eMagazine titles.
- Loans are for 2 weeks and up to 6 items at any one time. Reserves count as a loan. You can also renew and reserve any of the resources.

Encyclopedia Britannica
Online access to the world's most famous and respected encyclopedia
indyreads
indyreads™ provides access to a statewide collection of independent Australian and international titles, classic literature and modern award-winning titles in audiobook and eBook format.
- Loans are for 21 days and you can renew and reserve titles. Indyreads is an initiative of the State Library of NSW.
- To get started download the Indyreads app from the App Store or Google Play for your phone or tablet. To read Indyreads titles on your PC you will Adobe DRM installed.
GALE Reference Databases
Research and reference databases supplied by the State Library of New South Wales. Topics include World Affairs, Gardening & Horticulture, Health & Wellness. The full range of resources is available through the Gale Product Menu
Haynes Car & Motorcycle Manuals
Haynes Manuals AllAccess is a library of manuals covering a vast range of car and motorcycle makes and models, with up-to-date content including common repairs, routine maintenance and servicing procedures. Library members will be able to access the manuals directly on the library computers but also from home using their library card number.
hoopla
hoopla digital provides access to comics, audiobooks, eBooks, movies, music and TV shows giving you a choice of more than 750,000 titles.
- Loans are for 3 weeks and up to 7 items per month.

Do you wish you could choose the new books and DVDs for your Library? We’ve added the Purchase WishList to our Library Catalogue so you can be part of our Collections Team!
Hublio offers lists of new and coming soon book and DVD titles. You can browse and recommend titles you would like to see the Library purchase and be automatically added to the reservation queue. If a title is new (today or released in the next 3 months) recommend here, if it's an older item suggest the item here.
And, if we already have it? You can reserve it and be notified when it’s available for collection at your branch!

Kanopy
Kanopy and Kanopy Kids provides access to a large collection of award-winning films, documentaries and kids series and movies.
- Streams are for 3 days and up to 6 items per month.

Libby gives you access to audiobooks, eBooks and magazines.
- Loans are for 3 weeks and up to 6 items at a time.
- Download the Libby app to get started.
- You can find in-app support, or visit the Help site or Libby Academy within the app for assistance.

PrinterOn Instructions for Laptops and Desktops
Print documents, web pages or emails from your Internet connected device, home PC, tablet or mobile.
Print from a laptop or desktop computer
- Click on the link for the library from where you want to pickup your print outs. Choose from Forster Library, Tea Gardens Library or Taree Library.
- Select the printer and enter your email address
- Browse your computer to find and select the file you wish to print
- Click the green print icon (you will see the status of your print job and a reference number)
- The print job will be sent to the library
- At the Self Service Station in the library, select "Release a Print Job"
- Enter the email address you supplied and select your print job
- If you have sent other print jobs from within the library, you may also enter your library card number to view all jobs
Print from your tablet or smartphone app
- Install and launch the PrinterOn app
- Tap "No printer selected"
- Tap "Search" and enter "forsterlibrary" "tareelibrary" or "teagardenslibrary" depending on where you want to print
- Tap on the preferred printer
- Tap the button for for what you want to print
- Select the item to print and the tap the print icon
- Preview print job and then tap the print button
- Enter an email address and click on the check mark (you will receive a notice that the job started, and shortly after another message stating “Job Success”)
- The print job will be sent to the library
- At the Self Service Station in the library, select “Release a Print Job”
- Enter the email address you supplied and select your print job
- If you have sent other print jobs from within the library, you may also enter your library card number to view all jobs
